Noland Training Academy is dedicated to providing quality Spanish training to today’s public safety personnel. Through personalized and professional instruction students will achieve success in learning to speak Spanish. Our training programs have been specifically designed to be enjoyable for adult learners. Students will leave with both confidence and competence in their new Spanish-speaking abilities and a greater knowledge of Hispanic and Latino culture. NTA also conducts Spanish proficiency testing and certification. Look on our programs page for more details!

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the number of Spanish-speakers in the U.S. grew from 17 million to over 28 million between 1990 and 2000 and has risen steadily since then.  While English is by no means on the way out, the need for public safety personnel to be able to communicate with this growing population has never been greater.  In order to reduce vicarious liability to public agencies, we employ a variety of adult learning principles and techniques to insure success.  We make sure our students not only learn new skills, but also have the tools necessary to continue learning after they leave.

Too many training courses fall short of actually providing quality service and training. At Noland Training Academy, students will be trained to meet tomorrow’s challenges. They will leave better prepared, more confident and will be able to retain what they have learned.  We believe retaining what is learned is related to how it is taught.  Without retention, the art of imparting knowledge is incomplete.
